Making Reverse Mortgage Easy
When you are ready to submit your complete file (and you know it is complete because you have checked off all of the items on your refinance submission checklist or purchase submission checklist) then just follow these easy steps:
1.
Submit your loan in our ReverseVision software by choosing the ‘Submit loan’ button and attaching your Application and Color Appraisal.
2.
Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email from your Loan Account Manager (LAM) containing your loan approval and information on where to email or fax your conditions.
3.
Send in the requested documentation to meet your conditions.

Schedule your closing and close!
